Search warrants released by the Illinois House Saturday seek documents "concerning minors visually depicted while engaged in sexually explicit conduct" from computers in Farnham's
Elgin home and office as well as his Springfield office.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents executed the search warrants March 13, and an official said they took the computer the Democrat used on the House floor on Thursday.

Farnham did not return messages left on his home and cell phones Saturday. Randall  Samborn  spokesman for the U.S. attorney's office in Chicago, said no charges have been filed in the ongoing investigation but would not comment further.

Farnham resigned Wednesday but cited health reasons.
